Damaged or Defective Products

In the event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please inform us immediately. We offer a replacement at no additional cost or a full refund upon return of the damaged item. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also let you know if your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Shipping costs

Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Our acne patches are personal use products and for hygiene and safety reasons we do not accept returns once the package has been opened. We want to ensure that every customer receives brand new and untampered products, so once the patches have left their original packaging they cannot be returned or refunded.

Damaged or Defective Boxes

We understand that sometimes unexpected events can occur during the shipping process. If your order arrives with a damaged or broken box or has any obvious defect that may affect the quality of the product inside, please contact us immediately. We are committed to evaluating each case and, if appropriate, to making an exchange for a product in perfect condition. To start an exchange process, simply send us an email to punchglow@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, attaching photos of the damage or defect. Our team will review your request and provide you with the necessary instructions to proceed with the exchange.
